Your dream job is just a few clicks away…

  • Simple! We build accessible, fun, and exhilarating mountain bike tracks across the Southwest of WA. Working mainly for the State and Federal Governments, focusing on building new trails in forests in Margaret River, Collie, Dwellingup, Walpole and with many more to come!

  • Starting off as a labourer you will focus on finishing and naturalising the trails, working in the great outdoors usually in forest settings ensuring that after the machines have been through, all the smaller aspects of the trail are neat, tidy, safe of debris and visually appealing. This will involve using a range of hand tools, which we can show you if you haven’t used them before.

If you have more experience, perhaps using a skid steer, loader, or excavator then we can get you involved in cutting in the trails and operating machinery in line with your experience.

If you start as a labourer over time, we can develop you and fund your training and licenses if you also want to get involved in these tasks. We are committed to helping our staff refine and develop their skills and we invest in our teams for their long term careers and futures.

These roles are available due to considerable growth in our industry, the government is investing heavily into this sector, and we need to grow our teams to keep up.

  • While you don’t need to be a mountain biker, you do need to love working in the great outdoors!

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to fit into a DIDO team that work away on projects is a key factor in our hiring process, we can teach you the rest!

Ideally, you will have some experience working with tools, be a hands-on person and have some aptitude for machine operating and a drive to work in this kind of environment.

If you do have experience in trail design, mapping, machine operating at a supervisory level or similar then do also get in touch as we may be able to look at other opportunities within our business for you.

    The finer details…

We work away from Monday to Friday, usually car pooling from Margaret River / Busselton at 730am on Monday and finishing up around lunchtime on Friday so we can all get home to enjoy the weekends!

Workdays are around 8 hours; we pay for your accommodation while you are working away and provide a weekly living away allowance.
